Notes : This very large admirals club accommodates up to 704 people, there is access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. This club also offers shower facilities. Complimentary coffee, tea and water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks, now accepting credit cards. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. This lounge offers an express service for passengers to check in. Plenty to do while using the lounge, there are 45 workstations, six Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access, photocopiers, fax machines and laser jet printers. Located in this lounge are 4 massage chairs and it benefits from mobile phone free areas, for a more peaceful atmosphere. Other facilities include, a dedicated FedEx drop off service, modem ports, message services, local telephone calls and complimentary newspapers and magazines. Service animals are welcome here. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. The Admirals club huge Executive centre offers, 26 conference rooms seating up to 22 people. The Executive centre is run by friendly staff and offers complimentary soft drinks. A catering service is available here too. Business facilities include, Fax machine, shredders, photocopying, speakerphones, Internet access, flip charts, projectors, televisions, VCR/DVD and video monitors. There is access into this lounge for non-travelling people through security.

Notes : The Presidents club offers complimentary beverages and light snacks, a bar service, high-speed wireless Internet access, telephones with data ports for computer usage, free local phone calls, fax machines (credit card required), use of photocopiers and free newspapers. Members can bring up to six friends or business associates, or your immediate family, spouse and children less than 21 years of age, into the lounge. Business First and International Business Class customers are also welcome. Domestic First Class customers do not qualify for admission. To gain entry to this Presidents club the cardholder must present your valid membership card and a government issued photo ID. Conference facilities are available on request at an extra hourly charge; there are 2 conference rooms here. Quiet pets in carry-on kennels are welcome. Delta Crown lounge’s are fully air conditioned, with bar serving complimentary alcoholic drinks as well as hot and cold soft drinks, complimentary newspapers and magazines. Passengers have the use of telephones, satellite televisions, Wi-Fi access, Internet access, and fax machines and data ports. There are conference facilities available for business uses. Disabled access is available and there are flight information screens for passengers to monitor departures. This lounge is also accessible by Alaska Airlines passengers with a valid ticket.

Notes : All of the Northwest World Club lounges have friendly representatives who will assist passengers with general travel queries, seating assignments, flight information and reservations. The lounges are air-conditioned and have disabled access. This lounge has seating capacity for 103 passengers and is jointly operated by Continental and Northwest. Complimentary hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine and cocktails. Complimentary snacks both hot and cold from the new menu, health options are now available. No food from outside the lounge is permitted and members are asked not to take food out of the lounge. Free newspapers on arrival, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. World Club lounges are available for passengers over the age of 21. On entry to the lounge, a valid government issued photo ID with your valid World Clubs membership card is required. These items will also be needed when entering an affiliated lounge. Members will need to sign in on arrival with your name and World Clubs account number. Members are able to bring immediate family members (spouse and children under 21) or two guests, into the lounge at any one time. The Member must accompany the guest at all times. Additional guests are welcome, if spaces, at extra charge. The dress code is business and smart and guest’s conduct should be of a professional manner. Travel industry employees are not permitted into the lounge in uniform. Guide dogs and other service animals only, are welcome here. Airport trolleys are not allowed in this lounge. Conference rooms cater for all your business needs, TV’s, VCR’s, overhead projectors and white boards. A catering service is also available. Non-travelling people attending meetings must have a valid reason to gain access to the lounge.
