American Airlines Admirals Club

Notes : This Admirals club accommodates up to 97 people, there is access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. Service animals are welcome here. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. Complimentary coffee, tea, water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks, now accepting credit cards. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. There are 2 Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access, 6 individual work desks, photocopiers, fax machines and laser jet printers. There are two conference rooms, which have speakerphones, white boards, televisions, VCR’s and projectors. Catering service is available and there is complimentary water and coffee services. Other facilities include, modem port phones, message services, televisions, credit card telephones for long distance calls, local telephone calls and complimentary newspapers and magazines.

Notes : Terraces lounge for Club World/Europe, Gold/Silver EC members, facilities within the Terraces lounges will vary at each location. Full bar, including juice bars or the world wine bar, stocked with alcoholic drinks from all over the world and soft drinks. Snacks both sweet and savoury are available to help yourself to from the larder facility. Complimentary newspapers are available to passengers. Washrooms with showers are also available at this location. Terrace lounges provide a business area with desk areas, telephones; fax machines, and Internet access via the PC’s or your laptop. Members are allowed to bring a guest with them into the lounge. On selected flights you can dine in the lounge before hand to maximise your relaxation on board.

Continental Presidents Club

Notes : Members can bring up to six friends or business associates, or your immediate family, spouse and children less than 21 years of age, into the lounge. Business First and International Business Class customers are also welcome. Domestic First Class customers do not qualify for admission. The Presidents club offers complimentary beverages and light snacks, a bar service, high-speed wireless Internet access, telephones with data ports for computer usage, free local phone calls, fax machines (credit card required), use of photocopiers and free newspapers. Conference facilities are available on request at an extra hourly charge; there are 4 conference rooms here. Quiet pets in carry-on kennels are welcome. There is disabled access. To gain entry to this Presidents club the cardholder must present your valid membership card and a government issued photo ID. There are agents on hand to assist with reservations and flight details.

Notes : Passengers have the use of telephones, satellite televisions, Wi-Fi access, Internet access, and fax machines and data ports. Disabled access is available and there are flight information screens for passengers to monitor departures. There are conference facilities available for business uses. Delta Crown lounge’s are fully air conditioned, with bar serving complimentary alcoholic drinks as well as hot and cold soft drinks, complimentary newspapers and magazines. The cardholder must be over the of 21 and can bring immediate family including children under 21 years old into the lounge, or up to 2 business associates. This lounge is also accessible by Alaska Airlines passengers with a valid ticket.

United Airlines Red Carpet Club

Directions : Concourse B. There are two lounges. One in the West wing, near Gate 32. The other in the East Wing, near Gate 44.
Notes : The lounges are basically identical. They are a nice size, with a good number of work cubicles. Food choices are fairly basic. The customer service desk area is spacious and there are flight monitors there and in the lounge area. The lounge is above the departure level, so you need to ride the escalator or the elevator after the front desk (where you show your card Decent selection of newspapers, virtually no magazines. Beverages hot and cold, plus alcoholic drinks available. There are 4 conference rooms seating 4, 6, 8, and 10 people, with amenities such as speakerphones, whiteboards and flip charts. Catering services are available in the conference rooms if booked in advance. There are telephones and fax machines for passenger use.
