Directions :	Airside, through past security area, follow signed to the Servisair lounge, located on the upper level which s accessible via a lift or stairs. The entrance to the lounge is located between Upper Crust catering unit and Garfunkels restaurant. The lounge entrance is located through 2 sets of double doors.
Notes :	Included, refreshments such as alcoholic drinks, hot and cold beverages, soft drinks and snacks. Business facilities including Internet access fax machines, telephones, and televisions. Complementary newspapers, magazines and a private shower area for passengers’ comfort. This lounge has air conditioning, flight information monitors and disabled access via the lift. Children are welcome to this lounge, the dress code is smart casual and there is a seating capacity of 100.

We found the lounge to be a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of Gatwick.

Having to check in a minimum of 3 hours before our flight, and on a Saturday, the lounge was worth the money.

Quite sedate as we arrived, but then it was only 8am. Only a few businessmen in there at the time, but more families with children in tow arrived later.

Full use of the complimentary drinks, (soft and alcoholic), cakes, snacks and newspapers.

Shower facilities were clean, although we never used them, I took a peek anyway.

Internet access was for a small fee. I can’t recall TV’s in the lounge, but being sat next to the window with the runway in full view, more than made up for that.

Announcements for flights were not made, however there was a monitor showing flight details.

A very relaxed atmosphere and would recommend thoroughly.
