Directions :	After passing through security, follow the corridor round to the right, pass by WhSmith on your right and by BA Terraces on your left. Pass the first BMI seating area on your right and the lounge is just after that on the right handside.
Notes :	This very open and spacious business lounge provides all the usual facilities, such as fax, photocopier and data ports, complimentary refreshments and food, wireless Internet access, complimentary UK and international newspapers and magazines, television with Sky TV and flight information monitors. BMI lounges also provide a personal boarding service if required. Passengers may take one guest into the lounge, as long as they are travelling on the same flight as you. Children are not allowed in this lounge.

British Airways Terraces

Terminal :	1 - Domestic Departures
Opening Hours :	Daily 6.00-21.30
Directions :	Go through security control, turn right. BA Terraces is on your left opposite WH Smith and before the entrance to Gate 5.

Directions :	Airside, through the main departure lounge and gate F. Past duty free and set of doors, take the stairs or lift to the 1st floor. The lounge is on the right hand side.
Notes :	There are no alcoholic drinks available in the lounge, but the usual complimentary hot and cold soft drinks, snacks are available. Fully air-conditioned lounge with disabled access and children are welcome, children under 6 admitted free. Usual business facilities, Internet access, free newspapers, fax machines, telephones and telephones.

Directions :	Airside - the Lounge is located at Departure Gate 17.
Notes :	This lounge is set over 3 floors, the main deck, upper deck and flight deck. In the main deck, there is a family lounge, as children are welcomethere is is an interactive zone with computer games and toys. On the upper deck there are many Televisions offering Sky, in this sports lounge bar. The flight deck offers panoramic views over terminal 4’s busy runway Complimentary soft and alcoholic drinks, snacks, Sky television, newspapers and magazines, wireless Internet, fax and phones. Full disabled access to the Main Deck of the lounge, but limited access to the Upper levels, as there is no lift. Please be advised that the lounge is for international passengers only.

Directions :	Located at Terminal 1. Go through Passport Control. Turn right at 'Whiskies of the World', then take the lift to the 2nd floor and follow the signs for the lounge along balcony.
Notes :	Fully air-conditioned lounge with complimentary soft & alcoholic drinks, snacks, newspapers, magazines, televisions, telephones, flight information display screens, Internet access and fax machines. Toilets are located close to the lounge and there is access for disabled passengers via a lift. Seating capacity for 113 passengers are available in this lounge, children are welcome. The dress code is smart casual, no shorts or football shirts. This lounge is available for international flights only.

Directions :	Located at Terminal 3. Go through the doors to Gates 2-55 and follow the signs to Gate 12D. Take the lift to the 2nd floor. Then go through some double doors and the lounge is on the right.
Notes :	This lounge is not available for domestic departures, international passengers only. Lounge has air Conditioning, complimentary refreshments including alcoholic drinks. Business facilities such as fax machine,(send and receive), flight information monitors, internet acces payable by credi card, coin payphone, 123 seats are available in this lounge, children and infants are welcome, and there is a smart/ casual dress code in this lounge. There is access for disabled passengers via a lift.

Virgin Clubhouse

Opening Hours :	07.00- 22.00 daily
Directions :	Follow the signs to Departures and choose the FastTrack option through customs. Walk directly across the departure lounge and follow the signs towards Lounge H. Turn left into Lounge H and you’ll see the designated Clubhouse lifts or you can simply walk up the marble staircase.
Notes :	This clubhouse lounge has everything the traveller could need. Along with all the usual lounge facilities, such as complimentary drinks, snacks, newspapers, library, internet access and other business facilities, there is a wide range of 1st class options. The new Cowshed spa, hiden begine a wall of water, get pampered with a massage, manicure or a haircut, or make use of the steam-shower rooms or the St Tropez tanning booth, take a dip in the circular hydro spa pool or relax in the sauna. Treatments are included in the price, but booking in advance is advised. The clubhouse can cater for every appitite in the resturant, there is also a cocktail bar. To wind down there pool tables ,video games and a state of the art mulit screen showing up to date programmes and news. As children ar welcome there is an activity center to keep them happy. There is an obersvation deck with great views of the runway along with the Sky lounge section with access to the roof garden. Dress code is smart casual and there is disabled access.

Directions :	Just off the Terminal 3 Arrivals Hall.
Notes :	A breakfast club for Upper Class passengers returning on a Long Haul flight with Virgin Atlantic. The lounge offers showers, beauty salon, housekeeping services and a breakfast themed deli with bar.
