Notes : Passengers holding an Executive First or Executive Class ticket are allowed to access Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges. This lounge offers complimentary alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. Light snacks are available, also complimentary to passengers. Free newspapers and magazines are available to passengers on arrival. In Maple Leaf lounges passengers can use all the facilities such as televisions, hi speed internet access, full business amenities and conference room service. This location has a Hewlett-Packard Business Centre. The facilities here include, private work space, HP colour printers, copiers, fax machines, wireless internet access and computer work stations. This lounge also has a Sony entertainment centre, sit back and watch TV or a movie on large Sony TV screens. There is also satellite television. There is friendly lounge staff available to help you with any problems or questions.

Notes : Air New Zealand lounges try to incorporate New Zealand into the feeling of the lounge, by using New Zealand wool carpets, furniture made in New Zealand and art from New Zealand's leading new artists. This location had 6 private shower cubicles with complimentary toiletries. There is a relaxation zone; this quieter area of the lounge has a library with a wide variety of books to read. Comfortable seating to relax in, with views over the runways looking at the Hollywood Hills. The business zone, with PC’s, dial up and broadband internet connection, printers, photocopiers and facsimile facilities. Also the replenishment zone, serving food with a New Zealand touch. The complimentary bar also serves soft drinks and alcohol, including wines from New Zealand and award winning New Zealand’s 42 Below Vodka. The main bar area has great views of the main plasma screens. There is a separate entertainment section of the lounge for children, with televisions, toys and books. There are portable game consoles for all passengers use.

Notes : Alaska Airlines Board room lounge is air-conditioned throughout, and this lounge has disabled access. This lounges is also under the name of US Airways Club lounge. Boardroom members have access to Northwest Airlines World Club lounges, Delta Airlines Crown Room Club lounges and Continental Airlines Presidents Club lounges. Passengers must have a valid Alaska Airlines ticket. Complimentary hot and cold beverages, including alcoholic drinks, but alcoholic drinks are limited to 3 per passenger per visit. Passengers have the use of the lounge facilities, including, telephones, televisions, flight information monitors, Internet access, fax machines, complimentary newspapers and magazines, Wi-fi available The lounge cardholder must be over 21 years old, and can bring up to 2 family members or one guest with them into the lounge. There are conference facilities, these rooms are charged as extra in advance.

American Airlines Admirals Club

Directions : Located on the Mezzanine level of Terminal 4, airside. Entrance to the club is on the Concourse level across from Gate 40.
Notes : This large American airlines Admirals club has a seating capacity of up to 339 passengers; there is access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. This lounge has a cyber café with 4 computers with high-speed Internet access. There is also a business area of the lounge, providing 23 work cubicles, 7 of them with Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. 16 of these have laptop data ports and telephones. Other facilities include, modem port phones, televisions, photocopiers, fax machines, printers, complimentary local telephone calls and complimentary newspapers and magazines. This lounge offers TV’s with 12 listening stations equipped with headsets. There is a children’s room with TV and computers for gaming and comfortable seating. There are 8 private shower cubicles located in this lounge. Pets are welcome in this lounge as long as they remain in their pet carrier to abide with in-flight regulation. Service animals are welcome here and do not need to be in a pet carrier. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. Complimentary coffee, tea and water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks including cocktails, wine and beer, payable by cash or card. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. Two conference rooms are located here, a smaller one seating up to 8 people, and a large one seating up to 16 people. Both rooms offer speakerphones, DVD/VCR and plasma TV screens. One of the rooms has an overhead projector. Catering is available on request in advance from a set menu.

Notes : The Presidents club cardholder must present their valid membership card and a government issued photo ID. Members can bring up to six business associates, or your immediate family, spouse and children less than 21 years of age, into the lounge at one time. Business First and International Business Class customers are also welcome. Domestic First Class customers do not qualify for admission. The Presidents club offers complimentary beverages and light snacks, a bar service, telephones with data ports for computer usage, free local phone calls, fax machines (credit card required), use of photocopiers, free newspapers and high-speed wireless Internet access. Conference facilities are available on request at an extra hourly charge; there is 1-conference room at this location. There is disabled access and this lounge is fully air-conditioned. Continental agents are on hand to assist with reservations and flight details.

Notes : Located at this Delta lounge, there is a PGA tour putting green located on site. To accompany this there is golf equipment available for hire at no extra cost. The Delta cardholder must be over the of 21 and can bring immediate family including children under 21 years old into the lounge, or up to 2 business associates. There are 2 private show cubicles available for members and passengers travelling in Business Elite class. Delta Crown lounge’s are fully air conditioned, with bar serving complimentary alcoholic drinks as well as hot and cold soft drinks, complimentary newspapers and magazines. Passengers have the use of telephones, satellite televisions, fax machines, Wi-Fi access, Internet access and data ports. There are conference facilities available for business uses. Disabled access is available and there are flight information screens to monitor departures.

Notes : This lounge has seating capacity for 85 passengers and is used by Northwest, KLM and Air France. There are good views of the runway. All of the Northwest World Club lounges have friendly representatives who will assist passengers with general travel queries, seating assignments, flight information and reservations. The lounges are air-conditioned and have disabled access. Members are able to bring immediate family members (spouse and children under 21) or two guests, into the lounge at any one time. The Member must accompany the guest at all times. Additional guests are welcome, if spaces, at extra charge. Complimentary hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine and cocktails. Complimentary snacks both hot and cold from the new menu, health options are now available. No food from outside the lounge is permitted and members are asked not to take food out of the lounge. Free newspapers on arrival, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. World Club lounges are available for passengers over the age of 21. On entry to the lounge, a valid government issued photo ID with your valid World Clubs membership card is required. These items will also be needed when entering an affiliated lounge. Members will need to sign in on arrival with your name and World Clubs account number. The dress code is business and smart and guest’s conduct should be of a professional manner. Travel industry employees are not permitted into the lounge in uniform. Guide dogs and other service animals only, are welcome here. Airport trolleys are not allowed in this lounge. Facilities in this lounge include, complimentary use of telephones for local calls, or telephones payable by credit card, fax machines, photo copying service, private workstations with data ports, free use of computers with Wi-Fi access, There are both private and semi private conference room facilities, and members are able to book these rooms in advance. Semi private rooms can be booked at no extra charge. Private conference rooms can be booked for an hourly fee and a credit card deposit will be taken. Conference rooms cater for all your business needs, TV’s, VCR’s, overhead projectors and white boards. A catering service is also available. Non-travelling people attending meetings must have a valid reason to gain access to the lounge.

Notes : This United Red Carpet Lounge is large and new, fully air conditioned with access for disabled passengers and personalised travel assistance is available from the dedicated lounge staff. There are 3 conference rooms, which seat up to 6 people in each. All of these rooms are equipped with white boards and speakerphones All immediate family members can enter lounge with the member, or 2 guests who are not family members. Cardholders must be 18 years or over to gain access to this lounge. In the lounge there are fax machines (charged separately), free photocopying, free local telephones and televisions. Complimentary soft drinks including tea, coffee and fresh juices, along with breakfast and snacks. There is a bar serving alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines, but they are charged as extra, cash bar, this bar opens at midday. Complimentary newspapers and magazines available in the morning. Flight information monitors are located in this lounge. Internet access with Wi Fi for passengers use, again at an extra charge.

Complimentary morning newspapers and magazines available on arrival. This lounge offers complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices, as well as a fine range of beers, wine and cocktails. Light snacks and Hors d’oeuvres are available for passengers. There is a business centre with complimentary local telephone calls and use of data ports, this is a T-mobile hotspot with WiFi Internet access.
