American Airlines Admirals Club

Directions : Located in the new Terminal 9, Remote Concourse C, across from Gate 42.
Notes : Seating capacity for 183 passengers, a medium size for an American Airlines Admirals club, with full access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. Complimentary coffee, tea and water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks including wine and beer, payable by cash or card. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. Children are welcome, and have access to the special children’s room, with computers and TV’s, showing children’s programmes. There are three private showers, in spa like surroundings, located in this lounge. Friendly lounge staff are available for assistance and here they are fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. This lounge has 12 private work cubicles, with Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. There is a cyber café with 4 high-speed Internet access PC’s. Other facilities include, modem port phones, photocopiers, calculators, fax machines, printers, message services, complimentary local telephone calls FedEx pick up and drop off service, and complimentary newspapers and magazines. There are two television lounges, showing Direct TV channels. This lounge has a mobile phone free, relaxation zone for a quiet atmosphere. Pets are welcome in this lounge as long as they remain in their pet carrier to abide with in-flight regulation. Service animals are welcome here and do not need to be in a pet carrier.

Notes : This lounge has 12 private work cubicles, with Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Other facilities include, modem port phones, televisions, photocopiers, calculators, fax machines, printers, message services, complimentary local telephone calls FedEx pick up and drop off service, and complimentary newspapers and magazines. Three conference rooms, two seating 6 people and another seating 10. These rooms offer speakerphones, presentation boards, LCD projector, computer ports, coin payphone, and tea and coffee sweet bowl facilities. Catering is available from the set menu at request. Large sized for an American Airlines Admirals club, with seating capacity of 370 passengers; there is access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. Pets are welcome in this lounge as long as they remain in their pet carrier to abide with in-flight regulation. Service animals are welcome here and do not need to be in a pet carrier. Notes : First and Gold Exec. Club / Emerald / One world members welcome. First lounges offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with luxurious furniture, making it calm and welcoming. Most first lounges offer a full waiter served dining service in the lounge as an alternative to having your meal on the flight, dependant on departure time. Fully stocked bar, including alcohol, offering wines from all over the world as well as soft drinks or hot freshly brewed coffee. Complimentary newspapers for passengers, a self service snacks bar and continental breakfast in the morning. Elegant washrooms with Shower facilities are located in all First lounges. Members are allowed to bring a guest with them into the lounge. Business facilities offered, email and Internet access, photocopiers, printers, fax, and credit card pay phones. Notes : Terraces lounge for Club World/Europe, Gold/Silver EC members, facilities within the Terraces lounges will vary at each location. Full bar, including juice bars or the world wine bar, stocked with alcoholic drinks from all over the world and soft drinks. Snacks both sweet and savoury are available to help yourself to from the larder facility. Complimentary newspapers are available to passengers. Washrooms with showers are also available at this location. Terrace lounges provide a business area with desk areas, telephones; fax machines, and Internet access via the PC’s or your laptop. This lounge has a BT open zone wireless broadband facility. Members are allowed to bring a guest with them into the lounge. On selected flights you can dine in the lounge before hand to maximise your relaxation on board. This lounge has a quiet library area. There is an extensive selection of books and newspapers.

Notes : This Delta Crown lounge is fully air conditioned, with complimentary bar serving alcoholic drinks as well as hot and cold soft drinks, complimentary newspapers and magazines. The cardholder must be over the of 21 and can bring immediate family including children under 21 years old into the lounge, or up to 2 business associates. Passengers have the use of telephones, televisions, Internet access, and fax machines. There are conference facilities available for business uses. Disabled access is available; there are flight information screens to monitor departures.

Notes : This lounge is air-conditioned and has access for disabled passengers; the seating capacity is 164. Passengers are permitted to bring up to two guests with them into the lounge. There is a bar serving complimentary alcoholic drinks as well as hot and cold beverages and snacks. Complimentary international newspapers and magazines are available to passengers. Lounge facilities include telephones, fax machines, flight information monitors, complimentary local calls, printers, televisions and complimentary Internet access. Conference facilities are available at request. This lounge has showers. There is a special VIP room and a sleeping quite room. From October to April this lounge will open and close and 1 hour early.

Lufthansa Senator Lounge

Directions : Terminal 1, outside security, behind LH check-in desks to the left of security
Notes : This Senator lounge is available for HON Circle Members, Senators, first class passengers and star gold passengers, with good views of the runways. A small sized lounge with a selection of beer and spirits are available, though the wine selection is limited. Snacks available but limited. There is a television in the lounge and two small meeting rooms. Private shower cubicals are located here. For HON Circle Members there is an escort service to the departure gate, and attendants are on hand in the lounge. There is a separate dinning room for long haul first class passengers to dine before their flight.

Notes : In the lounge there are fax machines (charged separately), free photocopying, free local telephones and televisions. Internet access with Wi Fi for passengers use, again at an extra charge. There is also a FedEx pick up service available for passenger use. Complimentary newspapers and magazines available in the morning. There are 2 conference rooms, which seat up to 6 people in each. Both of these rooms are equipped with speakerphones, data ports and white boards. Flight information monitors are located in this lounge. Complimentary soft drinks including tea, coffee and fresh juices, along with breakfast and snacks. There is a bar serving alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines, but they are charged as extra, cash bar. This United Red Carpet Lounge is fully air conditioned with access for disabled passengers and personalised travel assistance is available from the dedicated lounge staff. All immediate family members can enter lounge with the member, or 2 guests who are not family members. Cardholders must be 18 years or over to gain access to this lounge.

Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse

Notes : This Virgin Clubhouse is state of the art, with great views of the runway and seating capacity for 150 passengers. The main feature of the lounge is the waterfall which flows 90 ft long into a pool which runs along the length of the lounge. There is a dining area, seating 40, with a full menu service or there are snacks and sandwiches complimentary drinks and ice creams from the snack bar. The bar area is impressive, seating 20 people, serving complimentary alcoholic drinks including a wide range of cocktails and soft drinks. Located at the bar is a cocktail area, where passengers can watch the 42’’ plasma screen or play on the 4 Sony play stations. There is a snooze room with two day beds for a little relaxation before your flight. This lunge is equipped with 6 washrooms including 2 spacious shower rooms. Passengers are able to access the business area with separate work areas, telephones, fax machines, 4 Apple Mac computers, wireless technology, data ports, and 4 televisions.
