Directions : Located in the new Terminal 9, Remote Concourse C, across from Gate 42.
Notes : Seating capacity for 183 passengers, a medium size for an American Airlines Admirals club, with full access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. Complimentary coffee, tea and water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks including wine and beer, payable by cash or card. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. Children are welcome, and have access to the special children’s room, with computers and TV’s, showing children’s programmes. There are three private showers, in spa like surroundings, located in this lounge. Friendly lounge staff are available for assistance and here they are fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. This lounge has 12 private work cubicles, with Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. There is a cyber café with 4 high-speed Internet access PC’s. Other facilities include, modem port phones, photocopiers, calculators, fax machines, printers, message services, complimentary local telephone calls FedEx pick up and drop off service, and complimentary newspapers and magazines. There are two television lounges, showing Direct TV channels. This lounge has a mobile phone free, relaxation zone for a quiet atmosphere. Pets are welcome in this lounge as long as they remain in their pet carrier to abide with in-flight regulation. Service animals are welcome here and do not need to be in a pet carrier.
