Notes : Medium sized for an American Airlines Admirals club, with seating capacity of 146 passengers; there is access for wheelchairs and washrooms inside the club. Pets are welcome in this lounge as long as they remain in their pet carrier to abide with in-flight regulation. Service animals are welcome here and do not need to be in a pet carrier. Club members are allowed to bring up to two guests or family members into this lounge with them, but they must stay with their guests during their visit. Complimentary coffee, tea and water and a bar serving alcoholic drinks including cocktails, wine and beer, payable by cash or card. There are complimentary snacks available and healthier food choices available to buy. This lounge has 10 private work cubicles, 2 of them with Lenovo Think Centre computers with complimentary high-speed Internet access. Other facilities include, modem port phones, televisions, photocopiers, calculators, fax machines, printers, message services, FedEx pick up and drop off service, complimentary local telephone calls and complimentary newspapers and magazines. Three conference rooms, seating 4, 6 and 8 people. These rooms offer speakerphones, presentation boards, computer ports, long distance telephones, and tea and coffee and sweet bowl facilities. Catering is available on request in advance from a set menu. Audiovisual equipment is available for a fee.

Notes : First and Gold Exec. Club / Emerald / One world members welcome. First lounges offer a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, with luxurious furniture, making it calm and welcoming. Most first lounges offer a full waiter served dining service in the lounge as an alternative to having your meal on the flight, dependant on departure time. Fully stocked bar, including alcohol, offering wines from all over the world as well as soft drinks or hot freshly brewed coffee. Complimentary newspapers for passengers, a self service snacks bar and continental breakfast in the morning. Elegant washrooms with Shower facilities are located in all First lounges. Full bar, including juice bars or the world wine bar, stocked with alcoholic drinks from all over the world and soft drinks. Snacks both sweet and savoury are available to help yourself to from the larder facility. Complimentary newspapers are available to passengers. Washrooms with showers are also available at this location. Terrace lounges provide a business area with desk areas, telephones; fax machines, and Internet access via the PC’s or your laptop. This Delta Crown lounge is fully air-conditioned and passengers have the use of telephones, televisions, Internet access, and fax machines. There are conference facilities available for business uses. Notes : This lounge has seating capacity for 131 passengers. Complimentary snacks both hot and cold from the new menu, health options are now available. No food from outside the lounge is permitted and members are asked not to take food out of the lounge. Complimentary hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic drinks such as beer, wine and cocktails. All of the Northwest World Club lounges have friendly representatives who will assist passengers with general travel queries, seating assignments, flight information and reservations. The lounges are air-conditioned and have disabled access. Free newspapers on arrival, USA Today and The Wall Street Journal. World Club lounges are available for passengers over the age of 21. Members are able to bring immediate family members (spouse and children under 21) or two guests, into the lounge at any one time. The Member must accompany the guest at all times. Additional guests are welcome, if spaces, at extra charge. The dress code is business and smart and guest’s conduct should be of a professional manner. Travel industry employees are not permitted into the lounge in uniform. Guide dogs and other service animals only, are welcome here. Airport trolleys are not allowed in this lounge. On entry to the lounge, a valid government issued photo ID with your valid World Clubs membership card is required. These items will also be needed when entering an affiliated lounge. Members will need to sign in on arrival with your name and World Clubs account number. Facilities in this lounge include, complimentary use of telephones for local calls, or telephones payable by credit card, fax machines, photo copying service, private workstations with data ports, free use of computers with Wi-Fi access, There are both private and semi private conference room facilities, and members are able to book these rooms in advance. Semi private rooms can be booked at no extra charge. Private conference rooms can be booked for an hourly fee and a credit card deposit will be taken. Conference rooms cater for all your business needs, TV’s, VCR’s, overhead projectors and white boards. A catering service is also available. Non-travelling people attending meetings must have a valid reason to gain access to the lounge.

Notes : In the lounge there are fax machines (charged separately), free photocopying, free local telephones and televisions. Internet access with Wi Fi for passengers use, again at an extra charge. There are 2 conference rooms, which seat up to 6 people in each. Both of these rooms are equipped with speakerphones. Flight information monitors are located in this lounge. Complimentary soft drinks including tea, coffee and fresh juices, along with breakfast and snacks. There is a bar serving alcoholic drinks, spirits, beers and wines, but they are charged as extra, cash bar. Complimentary newspapers and magazines available in the morning. This United Red Carpet Lounge is medium sized; fully air conditioned with access for disabled passengers and personalised travel assistance is available from the dedicated lounge staff. All immediate family members can enter lounge with the member, or 2 guests who are not family members. Cardholders must be 18 years or over to gain access to this lounge.
